To enter the contest, participants must complete the “Enable Account Retrieval” process in the OpenFeint system. This will associate a valid email address with the participant’s OpenFeint account and allow OpenFeint to contact the winner. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to create the user name will be deemed to be the registrant or player. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. PikPok’s decision of the winner is final.
